How it works
We do the filming and the building. You add a link to your interview invites.
One route. Every step.
We walk the route candidates take, from the car park or nearest stop to the interview room, and capture each stop with a Ricoh Theta 360° camera.
The stops are linked in order, with a written walkthrough covering access, facilities and who to ask for. An audio version is available too. You approve it all before it goes live.
Add it to every interview or assessment day invite. It opens on any phone or laptop, with no app to download.
What candidates receive
No new system for you to run. We give you the link and a couple of lines to paste into your interview invitations.
Who it’s for
For school leavers and first-time applicants, many of whom have never been inside an office.
Big days with lots of candidates, where a confusing arrival sets the wrong tone.
Hospitals, factories, universities and secure sites with multiple gates, buildings and receptions.
Councils, NHS trusts and their suppliers, who need inclusive hiring they can evidence for social value.

Yes, within your rules. We only film the route candidates actually use, follow your security process, and leave out anything you ask us to.
Every tour includes a written walkthrough of the route that works with screen readers and can be printed. An audio walkthrough is available on request, for blind and partially sighted candidates, people with dyslexia, or anyone who would rather listen.
Yes. The tour opens in a normal web browser on any phone, tablet or laptop. There is nothing to download.
